Unless noted otherwise in the ordering process, My Perfect Little Angel ships all items within two days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
We ship using UPS. To get a quote for your order, please add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Begin the checkout process by filling out your name and shipping address. Shipping quotes will be given on the next page. Your information is not stored until you have made a purchase.
At this time, Perfect Little Angel Inc. ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Perfect Little Angel Inc. ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date, provided the product is still in its original packaging. We will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs. Before returning anything, you must call customer service to confirm your return. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund. Returns must be shipped via insured courier. We do not accept returns on personalized items.
Should you find damage to any product upon receipt please contact us immediately at 1-866-312-6435 or at sales@myperfectlittleangel.com. Do not throw away the products or the packaging, as well as the proof of delivery, should you do so we will not be able to replace goods. If you'd like to cancel or change a order from myperfectlittleangel.com for any reason, please e-mail us at sales@myperfectlittleangel.com and make sure to include your order number or call 1-866-312-6435 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be canceled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to us in accordance to our 30-day money back return policy.

will be reported to the proper authorities
My Perfect Little Angel is required to collect sales tax in the amount of 6.00% on any purchases being shipped within the state of Michigan.
If items are purchased and are being shipped out of Michigan, no sales tax will be collected.
